Olive pruning class!
We are happy to announce our 2024 Olivino Pruning Class which will be held on Saturday, March 23rd.
Take advantage of our professional presenters’ years of experience in olive orchard management. Topics will range from pruning techniques to water management and nutrient deficiencies.
Any and all topics are up for discussion.
The class will include theory and a hands-on portion where you can apply your newly acquired skills. We encourage you to bring your pruning gear.
Portions of the class will also be held in Spanish!
Tickets are $95 which includes instruction, lunch and olive oil tasting

Attendance is limited and tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
