DescriptionThe professional engineering Services that ODOT seeks in this RFP relate to the construction of Phase 2 of the Newberg-Dundee Bypass Project (the "Project"). Phase 2 will be a new roadway alignment that extends from the newly constructed Phase 1 further east through the south side of the City of Newberg which will connect the bypass from OR219 to a connection on OR99W (see Attachment F - Figure 1). Construction improvements will include: - Intersection/interchange(s) at the bypass connections with OR219 and OR99W - Travel lanes (two-lane highway) - Cross over bridge(s) - Sound walls - Stormwater improvements - Traffic signing
