DescriptionProvider shall provide qualified Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for coverage spanning (365) days a year, seven (7) days a week, and 24 hours a day. The Port will determine duties and assignments based on operational need and will conduct all training (expected to be approximately 10 hours per person, which includes 2 hours of badge training/TSA training). All training expenses (badge application for each employee and wages), will be paid by the Provider. Contractor will also be responsible for the purchase and provision of uniforms for CSR's that have been pre-approved by the Senior Manager, PDX Passenger Terminal Experience.
