Description

Portland Public Schools ("District") seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide Performance Audit Services. The District intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP. This determination will be based upon the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each proposal and the capacity of the proposers, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The contract term will be four year with options to renew for four additional one year terms. The Districts' goal is to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements, apply best practice construction program processes and controls and to verify that construction program controls are operating effectively.Offerors shall apply professional standards and best practices in performance audits, as well as show a solid understanding of bond program risks and exposure areas to better achieve school construction goals.
